I am currently resolving this matter as I've been attempting to do since February 2011. I remain shocked that it went as far as it did. I never avoided the matter and attempted to even address the matter without an attorney. As I continue to pick-up-the-pieces, I remain hopeful that everyone involved with this matter, and people like you, will see that I had no criminal intent and that the matter was being addressed appropriately.
